Making Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, When you have found your purchase, either click on a check box / boxes for the right colour or size then fill out the quantity box using numbers. After you have selected your item and are satisfied, Click on the 'Add to Cart’ box on the screen. After you have made all your selections click 'View Cart' and click 'Pay NOW’. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
You can safely use your Credit Card Cards online as we use PayPal for all payments, You will be automatically be logged in to PayPal after your order
If you need more details on a item, simply click on the on screen box ‘CLICK TO VIEW’
To remove any items in your shopping basket, Click on the 'VIEW BASKET' screen box.
Customers may exercise their right to cancel their order within 7 working days. However, where goods have been dispatched the customer will be responsible for Postage costs.
If you prefer you could post your order along with a cheque or a postal order, Your order will be processed once your payment has cleared.

Each item has its own shipping price with is labbeled Postage
Your order will normally be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will backorder for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All Orders are VAT free.

You can order securely on the TurnHaria website using PayPal.
TurnHaria do not receive your credit card details just your payment, if you are not a member of PayPal you can sign up online at the time of purchase. OR you can fill in our Order Detail Form, print it off and post it to us along with a cheque or postal order.
Guarantee
All products supplied by TurnHaria have been carefully selected and manufactured to a high standard. In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, you have the option of changing the product or obtaining a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

TurnHaria do not disclose buyers information to third parties. We will only collect personal information necessary to complete your order. We will not send any email to you without your consent, other than those connected with a current order.
Returns Policy
If your item is faulty, you will be offered a full refund. If you are unhappy with the size/style, we can either offer you a refund, less the shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Should any product purchased from TurnHaria be found to be damaged, faulty or differing from the description given at the TurnHaria Pet Products website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to TurnHaria within 14 days of delivery of the product.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item from TurnHaria mistakenly and through no fault of TurnHaria, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Us unused and in saleable condition. This return and refund offer is based on You returning the goods in the condition in which they were dispatched from our warehouse and where you do so return them because You are not satisfied with the goods or You do not want them, they must be fully re-saleable by us. In the event of such returns You acknowledge that You will be liable for all reasonable costs incurred by Us in relation to carriage, postage and packaging. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
The risk in any goods that You return to Us shall remain with You until the goods have been delivered to our premises and accepted by Us at those premises.
In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, TurnHaria reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. In cases where an entire order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
